3. According to the classification of the form of packaging, it can be divided into: middle sealing bag, three-side sealing bag, four-side sealing bag, Yin and Yang bag, self-supporting bag, zipper bag, suction bag, roll film and so on.
4. According to the function of the packaging bag, it can be divided into: high temperature cooking bag, high barrier bag, vacuum bag and so on.
5 According to the production process classification is often divided into: plastic bags and composite bags.
Food packaging bag commonly used materials are divided into six kinds:
1. PVDC(polyvinylidene chloride)
High barrier, not easy to be affected by environmental temperature, and stable performance, not easy to be acid, alkali, common organic solvent erosion.
2.PE(polyethylene)
It has excellent resistance to gas, oil and fragrance, and helps to keep the moisture of food. And PE plasticity can be good, as a packaging material is not easy to deformation damage.
3.PP(polypropylene)
Material transparent, good luster, convenient processing at the same time, tear resistance, high impact strength, water resistance, moisture resistance, high temperature resistance, can also be used under 100℃~200℃.
4.PA(Nylon)
Tough, wear resistance, oil resistance, mechanical properties, toughness! It has good puncture resistance and certain anti-mildew and antibacterial effect, and can guarantee the shelf life of products safely and effectively.
5. EVOH(Ethylene/Vinylalcohol copolymer)
Good transparency and luster, can be used for high quality transparent packaging, while ensuring the appearance of the
